Start Time Override (CET/CEST, optional)
Time override is useful when your FIT file has incorrect start time. Leave empty to use original start time.
Smooth Metrics (Time window in seconds)
Smooth heart rate and speed. Leave empty to use original metrics.
Remove stopped/slow records
Removes records with speed < 10 km/h and cadence < 40. Warning: on an ebike this may also drop slow-rolling segments (power-assist mode) and inflate the average speed.
Add synthetic pauses at start/end
Appends 1-10 minutes of stationary records before the first and after the last real record.
